Several people missed class with Dallas on Thursday.
In class we did 3 mono-prints each ( one a portrait, one an animal and one anything you want). With multiple colors.
Much better results than day 1.
We are finishing off Mono-printing Tuesday because people hate it. :)
For HOMEWORK please do two Mono-prints and bring in completed for Tuesday.
The first must illustrate the word: STRENGTH. The second must illustrate the word:CONTROL.
How can you illustrate these two words? Could be a person, an action, you make the call.
Second part of the homework is what we will be doing next week.
We will be creating illustrations from cut paper.
For class Tuesday I want everyone to being in tons of pages ripped from magazines.
Be looking that them for color. You could dal so bring in colored contraction paper too.
I want you to organize all the pages by colors. Create folders or envelopes for all the red sheets, all the blue sheets, green yellow etc. You will also need glue sticks, some kind of illustration board and scissors.
The last thing is to bring in two portraits of two celebrities to work on in class.
